Employee Relations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Champion the Workplace: Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances with fairness and empathy.
• Guide & Support: Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Drive Insight: Conduct exit interviews, analyze ER trends, and recommend proactive measures to continuously improve our culture.
• Collaborate for Compliance: Partner closely with HR and legal teams to ensure alignment with employment laws and regulations.
• Empower Teams: Deliver impactful employee relations training programs and collaborate on exciting employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• The Experience: 2 to 5 years of dedicated experience in employee relations or workplace investigations.
• The Know-How: A strong foundational knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and mediation strategies.
• The Mindset: Exceptional communication skills, absolute discretion with confidential info, and a knack for analytical problem-solving.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bonus Points: Experience working with unions or holding a PHR/SPHR certification is a big plus!
