Audit of Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance management
- Create a positive and productive work environment
- Navigate leave administration, ADA accommodations, return-to-work processes, and employment compliance requirements
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employment policies, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning
- Maintain accurate documentation, HR records, audits, and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Build trusted relationships through an active presence on the production floor, serving as a resource and advocate for employees and leaders alike
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Safety, Finance, Training, and Corporate HR teams to achieve plant objectives and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or equivalent direct work experience
- Experience in the Human Resources field in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively
- The ability to manage complex situations with sound judgment
- The ability to influence the Plant Director and other site leaders in daily interactions using data and HR expertise
- Experience working closely with employees in streamlining processes and supporting change management
- Proven history of successful people management including coaching leaders, training teams, and difficult conversations
- Experience using Kronos/Ceridian and SAP
Pay
The annual salary range is $79,400-$109,230, based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
