Employee Relations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Handle internal accommodation process (work with employees, third party vendor and management regarding medical accommodations to work from home)
  • Complete related documentation, follow up and tracking
  • Develop and maintain data, metrics, and other mechanisms to monitor and communicate milestones and trends
  • Provide analysis and recommendations
  • Complete case documentation and reporting - including documenting investigative interviews and updating case management system
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments: this may include administrative duties, developing materials, maker/checker

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of HR-related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Ability to effectively handle sensitive information and protect confidentiality
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Quick study with technology; strong expertise using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

  • Effective and responsive re: teamwork

Must Have

  • Experience with HR Processes: At least 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in handling employee accommodations, case management, and interaction with management.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting: Strong skills in data analysis, developing metrics, and creating reports, particularly using tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy when documenting cases, managing data, and handling sensitive information.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to manage and protect confidential information, especially when dealing with employee accommodations and HR-related cases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, especially when interacting with different levels of management regarding sensitive matters.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation.
