Responsibilities
- Handle internal accommodation process (work with employees, third party vendor and management regarding medical accommodations to work from home)
- Complete related documentation, follow up and tracking
- Develop and maintain data, metrics, and other mechanisms to monitor and communicate milestones and trends
- Provide analysis and recommendations
- Complete case documentation and reporting - including documenting investigative interviews and updating case management system
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments: this may include administrative duties, developing materials, maker/checker
Required Qualifications
- Two years of HR-related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

- Ability to effectively handle sensitive information and protect confidentiality
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Quick study with technology; strong expertise using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

- Effective and responsive re: teamwork
Must Have
- Experience with HR Processes: At least 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in handling employee accommodations, case management, and interaction with management.
- Data Tracking and Reporting: Strong skills in data analysis, developing metrics, and creating reports, particularly using tools like Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy when documenting cases, managing data, and handling sensitive information.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to manage and protect confidential information, especially when dealing with employee accommodations and HR-related cases.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, especially when interacting with different levels of management regarding sensitive matters.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation.
