Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Employee Benefits Analyst to join a team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting account management and renewal processes, ensuring seamless delivery of employee benefits services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for employee benefits programs.
- Develop and present comprehensive benefit proposals tailored to client needs.
- Analyze carrier options to identify the most suitable solutions for clients.
- Process employee changes through carrier portals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Affiliate with internal teams to support account management and renewal processes.
- Utilize systems such as Applied Epic, Applied Benefits Designer, and Employee Navigator to manage workflows and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
- Active Michigan Life & Health License is required.
- Proficiency in using Applied Epic, Applied Benefits Designer, and Employee Navigator systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
