Essential Duties And Functions

  • With oversight, provides technical support for projects and client engagements.
  • Performs data & financial analytics with oversight, working toward the ownership of monthly financial reports and initial budget underwriting for less complex clients; seeks and documents peer review on all work.
  • Captures and coordinates the activities of RFPs with oversight, implementations, and renewals; develop and present results comparisons for presentation to clients.
  • Conducts benefits benchmarking research and analysis.
  • Aids in the review of internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, summary plan documents, and employee communications to ensure alignment with client expectations, legal requirements, and documentation with clients’ vendors where appropriate.
  • Might participate in some client calls and meetings as directed by team leads and ensures documentation of call notes and follow-ups.
  • Sought to become current on industry trends and information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology.
  • Promotes excellent customer service to all clients.

Qualifications

  • Required Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

  • Necessary On a Regular Basis:
  • Manual dexterity, arm, and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
  • Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
  • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
  • Ability to sit at a desk 7 – 8 hours per day.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay Range

$34 - $36 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
