Employee Relations Analyst
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
- Maintain employee relations policies and procedures
- Provide support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
- Conduct employee relations training programs
- Gather and analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven work experience in employee relations or similar role
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies
- Experience in analyzing data and providing insights for improvement
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Two to Five years of experience in an employee relations or workplace investigation environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Union experience preferred
- Certified as SPHR or PHR preferred

Pay
The pay range for this role is $80,300.00 - $105,400.00 annually. Candidate’s pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
Schedule
General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
