The Employee Relations (ER) Advisor supports managers and employees in handling various people management matters, including attendance, performance, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and probation issues. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice, overseeing investigations, hearings, and appeals, managing casework documentation, analyzing workforce data, delivering training and coaching to managers, contributing to HR policy development, and supporting HR projects.
