About the role
The Senior Employee Relations Advisor role supports the day-to-day HR needs of offices, working closely with leadership to ensure policies and programs are aligned with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Supports Managing Principals in delivering service excellence on firm-wide and People Solutions strategies, initiatives, and processes.
- Embodies the CLA Promise and develops knowledge of the CLA business, industry, and differentiators.
- Sits in Minneapolis location and works under the mentorship of the Regional Director of Field People Solutions.
- Guides local office efforts to build and develop employees through coaching, learning, and experiences.
- Engages proactively on employee relations issues and facilitates/coaches local participation in coaching roundtables.
- Collaborates with office leadership on annual process decisions including advancement and compensation decisions.
- Fulfills responsibilities to focus on professional development.
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in a generalist role required.
- Bachelor's degree is required. A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- A degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- This role requires approximately 10% travel.

Pay
The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $74,000 - $125,000.
