Employee Health Services Case Manager
Responsible For
- Conducting colleague exposure investigations
- Evaluating colleagues’ risk of exposure
- Providing nursing expertise for worker’s compensation program
- Assessing colleague’s return to work status
- Cooking with applicable stakeholders
- Providing nursing expertise for ergonomic program
- Assessing medical questionnaires submitted as part of the request for an ergonomic evaluation
- Providing nursing expertise for the respiratory protection program
- Assessing medical questionnaires submitted by colleagues for fit testing
- Providing nursing expertise for medical surveillance programs
- Providing nursing expertise for the colleague vaccine program
- Education colleagues regarding vaccine safety
- Education colleagues regarding vaccine safety
- Evaluating ADAAA medical questionnaires and reasonable accommodation requests
- Evaluating FMLA medical certifications
- Education new hires regarding vaccine safety
- Evaluation colleagues’ lab results
- Viewing and caring for those we serve
- Guiding colleagues in complex and stressful situations
- Identifying interventions and resources to assist colleagues
- Identifying patterns, episodes, and gaps that are predictive of future needs and services
- Protecting the sensitive nature and exposure to colleague’s health records
Integration
- Integrates clinical and psychosocial information for colleague interactions
- Facilitates integration of care by encouraging effective communications
- Works with colleagues, leaders, and other departments to ensure compliance with organizational and outside agency requirements and regulations
Communication
- Communicates with colleagues, leaders, and other team members, adapting communication to audience needs
- Maintains current and accurate documentation
- Maintains confidentiality of information in accordance with department and organizational policies
Team Approach
- Works collaboratively to ensure those we serve are cared for in a timely, compassionate, and effective manner
Technology
- Maintains knowledge of and effectively uses Information Technology applications and systems
- Identifies deficits in technological literacy and seeks appropriate training under guidance of supervisor

- Identifies improvement opportunities and uses quality improvement methodologies to make improvements and contribute and assist others in doing the same
