About the role
The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, Houston, New York, Philadelphia, Charlotte, or Richmond; exceptional candidates in other markets may also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Drafting plan documents
- Aiding with corrections
- Negotiating vendor agreements
- Supporting transactional work, including compensation- and benefits-related due diligence and preparation of related disclosure schedules
- Preparing and reviewing materials for fiduciary committee meetings
- Analyzing client questions, conducting related research, and drafting related responses
Requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to review, analyze, and apply detailed regulations, are essential.
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing in the state in which they practice.
Skills
Strong legal research and writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $350,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.
