EMHS Case Manager
Description
The position of EMHS Case Manager will provide psychosocial rehabilitation services, service coordination and monitoring to participants in the Enhanced Mental Health Services (EMHS) docket.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Defined Education: Health or Human Services
Acceptable Degrees Include: Applied Behavior Analysis, Child Development, Counseling, Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Intervention, Educational Psychology, Gerontology, Human Growth and Development, Medicine, Nursing, Physician Assistant, Psychology, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation and Rehab Studies, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education
Substitutions: Bachelor's degree with at least 30 hours of behavioral health coursework.
Required License(s): Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
