About the role

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a junior associate to join its expanding ECVC group in the Los Angeles, San Francisco or Palo Alto offices.

Responsibilities

• Representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions)
• Working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level

Requirements

• At least four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
• Stellar academic credentials and references
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Quantitative and Excel skills are preferred

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution

• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong client service orientation

Pay

Compensation range: $235,000 to $260,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
