Emergency Medicine System Medical Director - 64685BR

We are seeking a board-certified emergency medicine physician to serve as a system medical director, providing strategic and operational leadership across multiple emergency medicine and hospital medicine programs. In this role, you will partner with facility medical directors, hospital leadership, recruiters, and operational teams to drive physician engagement, patient safety, quality improvement, staffing excellence, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include physician leadership development, performance management, recruitment and retention oversight, operational planning, and implementation of patient safety initiatives.
