About the role

Lead high-quality patient care in a new freestanding 7-bed Emergency Department and 5-bed Urgent Care center. Oversee clinical operations, ensure optimal department performance, and collaborate with local teams using the EMR system EPIC. Support a patient-first culture with stable, well-staffed teams and accountable on-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and ensure delivery of timely, high-quality emergency care.
• Support clinical staff and promote continuous improvement.
• Engage with the community and support local healthcare initiatives.

Requirements

• Board-certified in emergency medicine.
• At least 1 year of director experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
