A Medical Director position in emergency medicine at a new freestanding Emergency Department (7-bed ED) and Urgent Care (5-bed) facility in Radcliff, KY.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality care in both the ED and Urgent Care settings.
• Provide clinical oversight, ensuring patient-first, evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with cohesive, well-staffed teams to deliver seamless emergency services.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management and documentation.
• Own departmental performance with accountable, on-site leadership support.
• Lead and oversee clinical operations in a community-focused environment.
• Support growth, clinical excellence, and patient outcomes.
• Participate in local community engagement and professional development.

Requirements

• Board-certified in emergency medicine.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of Director experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
