About the role
Oversee clinical operations and provide leadership in a newly established 7-bed Emergency Department and 5-bed Urgent Care facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality care delivery in the ED and Urgent Care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage and support cohesive, stable teams aligned with a patient-first culture, reducing reliance on temporary staff.
- Utilize EPIC as the EMR system for clinical documentation and workflow.
- Provide accountable, on-site leadership with a focus on departmental performance and community needs.
Requirements
- Board certification in emergency medicine.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of Director-level experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
