Care Center Dayton is seeking a Medical Director to guide our talented doctors and shape the future of our practice. Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree, with Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility)
- Emergency medicine background
- 3–5+ years of leadership or mentoring experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
- Confidence overseeing a team that includes specialists

Total annual compensation of $175,000–$200,000, which includes base salary plus a leadership stipend. Additional production pay on top of base compensation.
