About the role

The Opportunity: We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this full-time, 100% remote role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our email campaigns, bridging the gap between our high-level marketing strategy and our active sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally and build key partnerships with the sales team to ensure all email cadences seamlessly align with outreach and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Own the daily setup, scheduling, optimization, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the sales team to develop cohesive email cadences that align marketing efforts with sales outreach.
  • Database Management: Oversee database health by performing monthly updates, segmenting lists accurately, and routinely cleaning contact data to maximize deliverability.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Track and analyze key email metrics to provide actionable insights that support the sales pipeline and drive continuous campaign improvement.
  • Automations & Lifecycles: Set up and maintain automated customer journeys, including welcome series, nurture flows, and re-engagement campaigns.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on email marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Platform Knowledge: Experience utilizing major ESP platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaigner, or Klaviyo.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS specifically for email layouts, ensuring templates render correctly across mobile and desktop.
  • Copywriting & Layout: Strong proofreading skills, an eye for clean visual hierarchy, and the ability to write engaging subject lines and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Analytics to interpret campaign performance.
