About the role

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
