Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a tiered enablement strategy for various partner types
- Design comprehensive onboarding and certification programs for partners
- Manage the planning and execution of partner webinars and events
- Create and maintain an extensive enablement content library
- Oversee distribution of enablement materials through the PRM and LMS
- Support operational functions with tools like Salesforce and PartnerStack
- Define metrics for program success and iterate based on performance data
Qualifications
- 3+ years in partner enablement, partnerships, or channel programs in SaaS
- Strong facilitation and communication skills for webinars and partner sessions
- Demonstrated success in building revenue-driving enablement programs
- Excellent project management skills for handling multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with capability to define and track KPIs
- Collaborative experience with Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, and RevOps
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, and LMS
