Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a tiered enablement strategy for various partner types
  • Design comprehensive onboarding and certification programs for partners
  • Manage the planning and execution of partner webinars and events
  • Create and maintain an extensive enablement content library
  • Oversee distribution of enablement materials through the PRM and LMS
  • Support operational functions with tools like Salesforce and PartnerStack
  • Define metrics for program success and iterate based on performance data

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in partner enablement, partnerships, or channel programs in SaaS
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills for webinars and partner sessions
  • Demonstrated success in building revenue-driving enablement programs
  • Excellent project management skills for handling multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with capability to define and track KPIs
  • Collaborative experience with Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, and RevOps
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, and LMS

Pay

$145,000 – $158,000 annually
