Deliver electrical-focused NCCER modules, assessments, and performance evaluations
Provide classroom and hands-on field training for electrical apprentices
Evaluate apprentice skill development through field assessments and performance profiles
Partner with project leadership to coordinate training schedules and apprenticeship plans
Mentor and support project-based instructors, evaluators, and proctors
Manage training documentation, calendars, and program requirements
Teach safe work practices, electrical concepts, and industry best practices
Utilize adult learning techniques to create effective training experiences
Support apprenticeship development across multiple construction projects nationwide
Travel approximately 75% throughout the U.S. with home every weekend
Must have journeyman-level electrical experience and strong communication skills
NCCER experience preferred; OSHA training experience required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Desired Skills and Experience
- Journeyman Electrician or equivalent electrical trade experience
- Active Electrical License preferred
