EH&S Supervisor

Position Summary

The EH&S Supervisor will support sites in meeting all company, OSHA, and EPA regulations and ensuring compliance with these regulations. This role will maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and corporate-based reporting systems such as Gensuite. Additionally, they will lead accident investigations with a focus on reducing work-related injuries through policy management, training, inspections/audits, and worker's compensation management. They will also correspond with local authorities as necessary to ensure compliance with customer requirements, government regulations, wastewater discharge, air emissions, and hazardous waste.

Essential Functions

• Support sites in meeting all company, OSHA, and EPA regulations and ensuring compliance.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and corporate-based reporting systems such as Gensuite.
• Lead accident investigations with a focus on reducing work-related injuries through policy management, training, inspections/audits, and worker's compensation management.
• Correspond with local authorities as necessary to ensure compliance with customer requirements, government regulations, wastewater discharge, air emissions, and hazardous waste.
• Include troubleshooting, recommending, and implementing areas of improvement where compliance with regulations is needed with oversight by the site EH &S Manager.

Experience & Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience in safety, health, and environmental management is preferred.

Desired: Advanced degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
