Nurse Supervisor

About the role

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation teams with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
• Acting as a liaison between administration and staff
• Supervising nursing care during shifts
• Managing staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline
• Providing direct patient care when needed
• Building meaningful relationships to support recovery

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations
• BSN preferred
• ACLS certification to be obtained within one year
• CRRN certification within eligibility requirements
• Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience
• Previous leadership experience in a charge nurse or similar role responsible for staff and patient outcomes
