Role Overview
The Nurse Supervisor oversees nursing staff and patient care within a rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, management, and staff.
- Supervise nursing care, treatment, and staff performance, including evaluations and discipline.
- Provide direct patient care when needed, fostering meaningful relationships to support recovery.
- Monitor compliance with procedures to ensure top-quality, compassionate care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure as per state requirements.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within a year.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead roles, responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
