The Grove of Elmhurst is a skilled nursing facility located in Elmhurst, Illinois, offering a variety of specialized services including short-term rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, ventilator care, memory care, and wound care. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and are currently seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
- Aid in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained
- Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs
Requirements
- Minimum of an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience
- Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferable but not required
Qualifications
- Knowledge of infection prevention practices
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
