About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff.
- Supervising nursing services during assigned shifts, managing staff performance, and providing feedback.
- Assuming direct patient care when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
- Celebrating patient progress and ensuring compassionate, tailored care.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure per state regulations.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead roles, with responsibilities for staff oversight and accountability.
