About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
- Serving as a liaison between management and staff
- Supervising nursing services
- Managing staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline
- Providing direct patient care when necessary
- Building meaningful relationships to support patient recovery and celebrate progress
Qualifications
- Current RN license as per state requirements
- BSN preferred; ACLS certification within one year; CRRN certification within one year of eligibility
- Minimum two years recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes
