About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation teams with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Acting as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
- Managing staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Providing direct patient care when necessary and fostering meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.
- Celebrating patient progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current RN license as per state regulations.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications obtainable within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
