About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and support nursing staff in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
- Serving as a liaison between administration and staff
- Supervising nursing care and services during shifts
- Managing staff performance through feedback and evaluations
- Providing direct patient care when needed
- Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs
- Celebrating patient progress
- Ensuring seamless operations
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state requirements
- BLS certification (with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtainable within specified timelines)
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Prior leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar role is essential, demonstrating accountability for patient and staff outcomes
