About the role
We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care within a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Acting as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless communication.
- Supervising nursing staff, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on specific units.
- Managing staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Providing direct patient care when necessary and fostering meaningful relationships to support recovery.
- Celebrating patient progress and outcomes throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current RN licensure per state regulations.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience, with leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar role.
- Ideal candidates possess leadership abilities, clinical expertise, and excellent communication skills to motivate teams and deliver compassionate care in a dynamic environment.
