Responsibilities
- Developing personalized care programs
- Acting as a liaison between administration and staff
- Monitoring staff performance
- Building meaningful patient relationships
- Providing direct patient care when needed
- Fostering a supportive, team‑driven environment
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure according to state regulations
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for staff and patient outcomes
