Ed Tech I, II, or III - Self Contained, Fourteenth St

About the role

Fourteenth Street School is seeking an Ed Tech I, II, or III, Self Contained 6.75 hours per day, 8:30am - 3:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of behavior-management strategies
• Implement behavior plans and individual education plans
• Experience working in an elementary school setting helpful
• Experience working in a program for children with emotional disabilities and Autism preferred
• Desire to work in a team-approach environment
• Willingness to assist with toileting may be necessary
• Willingness to learn and use physical restraint and Safety Care strategies
• Ability to use ABA Discrete Trial instruction

Requirements

• Authorization as an Educational Technician I, II, or III required

Pay

• $21.47 - $28.36 hourly, depending on certification level and experience
