About the role
Morse Street School is seeking dedicated and compassionate Educational Technicians to support K-2 students in their Functional Life Skills program. This role involves working closely with special education staff to assist young learners with daily living skills, social-emotional development, communication, and academic tasks in both individual and small group settings.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with special education staff to support K-2 students in their Functional Life Skills program.
- Aid in daily living skills, social-emotional development, communication, and academic tasks in individual and small group settings.
- Support students with feeding, toileting, personal care/hygiene, and/or the physical restraint of students.
Requirements
- Must hold valid Ed Tech III Certification from the ME Dept. of Education.

Pay
This position starts at $25.66/hour for an Entry-Level Ed Tech III. This position will also receive a $1.50/hour differential due to the regular assignment of responsibilities that include feeding, toileting, personal care/hygiene, and/or the physical restraint of students.
