About the role

M.S.A.D. #4 is seeking openings for Ed Tech positions in Special Education for the 2026/2027 school year. Starting pay ranges from $19.25 to $23.00 per hour based on position, years of experience, and education.

Responsibilities

• Support students with special needs through technology integration
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement technology-based educational plans
• Assist in the training and support of other staff members in the use of technology
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to technology use in the classroom

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Experience working with individuals with special needs
• Knowledge of assistive technologies and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Maine driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field preferred
• Experience in a special education setting
• Knowledge of assistive technologies and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
