About the role
Authorization as an Educational Technician I, II, or III is required.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of behavior-management strategies necessary.
- Implement behavior plans and individual education plans.
- Experience working in an elementary school setting helpful.
- Experience working in a program for children with emotional disabilities and Autism preferred.
- Desire to work in a team-approach environment.
- Willingness to assist with toileting may be necessary.
- Willingness to learn and use physical restraint and Safety Care strategies.
- Ability to use ABA Discrete Trial Instruction preferred.
