ECT Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues.
• Accurate data entry into company computer systems.
• Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
• Provides clear work instructions to drivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen.

Schedule

• Night Schedule: 7:00 p.m-7:00 a.m 4 Nights on/4 Nights off
• Weekend Schedule: Saturday, Sunday-7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m, and 2 Varying Days during the week from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
