About the role
This position assesses the need for assistance and determines the sources and types available while consistently exercising considerable discretion and judgment when applying approved complex federal, state, and local agency policies. The role works largely in a team-focused and task/performance driven system in conjunction with nine other counties in an Income Maintenance consortium service-delivery model.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Ability to type 40 wpm, with touch ability on a calculator
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be a Wisconsin resident
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical/Vocational degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college
- Experience working with benefits programs
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Pay
Salary starting at $23.95–$27.37 per hour (depending on qualifications).
