About the role
Protiviti is looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Associate Director to join our growing Supply Chain & Operations Innovation team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Related Field, or relevant discipline
- 9+ years working in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, either in professional services or industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio, Access, and Tableau / Power BI
Skills
- Core supply chain processes such as Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, and Demand Planning
- Designing and implementing digital supply chain solutions and applying technologies
- Traditional technologies that support key supply chain functions, such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay, Third Party Risk Management/Monitoring, and Procurement orchestration
- Process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management, etc.)
- Financial modeling and business case management
- Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives on a global scale
- Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele
- Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives
- Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate
Preferred certifications
Professional Certification such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, or similar strongly preferred.
Pay
- Salary range: $153,000.00 – $260,000.00
- Bonus target opportunity: 16%
- Total cash range: $177,480.00 – $301,600.00

Schedule
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, combining in-person work with a purpose and remote work. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client, project, team, and other business factors. Work takes place both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on projects and client requests.
