What You'll Learn

This mentorship opportunity allows students to gain firsthand knowledge from professionals and peers, preparing them for a career in actuarial science. The program is designed specifically for sophomores and aims to fast-track selected participants to final interviews for Aon’s intern program.

Virtual Mentorship

The mentorship is conducted virtually, but candidates can indicate preferred locations for their Summer 2028 internship opportunities based on their interests.

Skills and Experience

We seek collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders, and future leaders. Relevant majors include Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Applicants must be current sophomores, graduating between December 2028 - June 2029, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
