What You'll Learn
This mentorship opportunity allows students to connect with professionals and peers, providing a direct pathway to Aon's Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern positions. Selected mentees will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked to a final round interview.

The mentorship is conducted virtually, but candidates can indicate their preferred locations for the Summer 2028 internships.
Skills and Experience
We're seeking collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders, and future leaders. Relevant majors include Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Applicants must be current sophomores, graduating between December 2028 - June 2029, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
