EARLY CAREERS: Actuarial Career Discovery Sophomore Mentor Program
Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program
The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the opportunity to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career from one of Aon's solutions teams in Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance. The program includes real-world scenario practice and is designed to serve as a direct pipeline to Aon’s Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern opportunities.
This mentorship opportunity allows students considering a career in actuarial science to connect with professionals and peers throughout the virtual program. Selected mentees will have the chance to be fast-tracked to a final round interview for consideration for the intern program. Candidates can indicate their preferred location for the Summer 2028 internship.
