About the Role

This program offers college sophomores the chance to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career within Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance through real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with professionals and peers in the actuarial field
  • Practice real-world scenarios in a virtual mentorship setting
  • Be considered for a final round interview for the Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern program
  • Select a preferred location for the Summer 2028 internship based on personal interest

Requirements

  • Current sophomore status, graduating between December 2028 - June 2029
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Preference for majors in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields

Qualifications

We seek collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders, and future leaders.
