Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program

Aon is dedicated to bettering decisions for the benefit of people worldwide. Through trust and collaboration, we aim to support both our colleagues and clients. The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the chance to explore a consulting career in actuarial science with Aon.

How This Opportunity Is Different

This mentorship opportunity allows students interested in actuarial science to engage with professionals and peers, providing a direct pathway to Aon's Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern positions. Mentees who successfully complete the program may be considered for a final round interview.

Education

  • Preferred Majors: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • All majors welcome to apply.
  • Applicants must be current sophomores, graduating between December 2028 - June 2029, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
