The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the chance to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career within Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance. This program is designed to be a direct pathway to Aon’s Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern opportunities.

Education Requirements
Preferred Majors: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
Applicants: Current sophomores, graduating between December 2028 - June 2029, with a GPA of 3.0 and above.
