The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the chance to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career from one of our solutions teams in Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance. This program is designed specifically for sophomores and serves as a direct pathway to our Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern opportunities.

Skills and Experience
- We seek collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders, and future leaders.
Education Requirements
Preferred Majors: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
Applicants: Current sophomores graduating between December 2028 - June 2029 with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
