The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the opportunity to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career within the firm's Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance teams. This program also serves as a direct pathway to Aon’s Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern opportunities.

Virtual Mentorship
While the mentorship is conducted virtually, candidates can indicate their preferred locations for the Summer 2028 internships.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders, and future leaders.
Preferred Majors: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
Education and Eligibility
Applicants must be current sophomores, graduating between December 2028 - June 2029.
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
