The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the chance to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career within Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance. This virtual mentorship is designed to help students interested in actuarial science understand the field better and prepare for summer internships.

• Program Dates: January 2027 - April 2027

• Application Deadline: November 2026

• Review Process: November - December 2026

• Program Acceptance: December 2026 - January 2027

What You'll Learn

During the program, participants will:

• Connect with professionals and peers in the actuarial field

• Practice real-world scenarios

• Be considered for a final round interview for the Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern program

Qualifications

• Preferred Majors: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields

• Current Sophomores, graduating between December 2028 - June 2029

• GPA of 3.0 or above
