The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the chance to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career within the firm's Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance teams. This virtual mentorship is designed to help students interested in actuarial science understand the profession and prepare for summer internships.
