Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program
The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the chance to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career from one of the firm's solutions teams in Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance. This program is specifically tailored for sophomores and serves as a direct pathway to Aon’s Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern opportunities.
This mentorship opportunity allows students interested in actuarial science to interact with professionals and peers throughout the virtual program. The program runs from January 2027 to April 2027, with an application deadline of November 2026 and a review process concluding by December 2026.
Selected participants will have the opportunity to advance to a final round interview for potential intern positions. Interns can choose their preferred location based on their interests for the Summer 2028 internship.
- Skills and Experience: We seek collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders, and future leaders.
- Education: Preferred majors include Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. All majors are welcome to apply.
- Applicants: Must be current sophomores, graduating between December 2028 and June 2029, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
