Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program
The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program offers college sophomores the chance to connect with an actuarial advisor at Aon, gaining insights into a consulting career within the firm's Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance teams. Participants will also practice real-world scenarios during the program.
How This Opportunity Is Different
This mentorship opportunity allows students considering a career in actuarial science to interact with professionals and peers, serving as a direct pathway to Aon’s Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern positions. Mentees who successfully complete the program may be fast-tracked to a final interview for the intern program.
